No Gym, No Problem


** Upon purchase, you will receive an email with a zipped file that contains a PDF booklet with all the programs and a different weekly outline proposal for each age groups: U12, U14 and U16. The booklet is 13 pages. Each exercise has a clickable link in which Marie-Michele shows and tells you how to do the exercise. The PDF’s are both printable and clickable (online). Easy-peasy!

The No Gym, No Problem program was created during the Covid pandemic to help accommodate those of you who don’t have access to a gym, but still want to get fit for the winter ski season. It is designed to work for skiers of all ages!

This program is the latest and perhaps the greatest, because you get to choose your own workout within a huge bank of exercises. Therefore, you never have to do the same workout again! Also, we got to think about the box and get creative with a training program that you can do in the comfort of your home.

Equipment you need for performance at home:

A medicine ball  (between 5-15 lbs), a kettlebell/ dumbell(10-45 lbs), a slackline, a TRX and some bands.

**If you don’t have all of the above equipment, don’t worry, you can use a rock to toss around instead of a medicine ball, a filled 5 L water bottle instead of kettlebell and a tree log instead of a slackfline. 

Types of workout: 

TRX circuit, Speed/Agility, Core/Control, Medicine Ball circuit, Strength Endurance, Hamstring Circuit, Reset Circuit and Intervals (cardio).
