Each exercise has a clickable link in which Marie-Michele shows and tells you how to do the exercise. The PDF’s are both printable and clickable (online). Easy-peasy!

The Blue Square program was made for intermediate skiers who want to get fit for alpine skiing.

This program is unlike the typical fitness videos online that you follow along with hopes of making you stronger. Skiing is a unique sport that requires proper training to avoid injuries, back pain, knee pain and all that can come with high velocity sports.

Our goal is to provide you a structured program that is flexible with your work and lifestyle and that is specifically going to prepare you for the demands of skiing with a focus on injury-prevention exercises.

Equipment you will need access to:

Foam Roller (full length), Thera band Elastics (mini and long), ski pole, Dumbbells, Kettle Bells, Swiss Ball, Cable Machine, Yoga Mat, Elliptical, Spin Bike, Free Weights, TRX, Balance Disk, Foam Pad, Barbell, Slide Board, Bosu Ball, Lat Pull machine, battle ropes.

Types of workout:

H.I.I.T, Strength, Pilates/Yoga, Ski Specific session, Mobility, Metabolic System, Stretching.
