The Black Diamond program was made for advanced-expert skiers and master ski racers who want to get fit for alpine skiing.

This program is unlike the typical fitness videos online that you follow along with hopes of making you stronger. Skiing is a unique sport that requires proper training to avoid injuries, back pain, knee pains and all that can come with high velocity sports.

Our goal is to provide you a structured program that is flexible with your work and lifestyle and that is specifically going to prepare you for the demands of skiing with a focus on injury-prevention exercises.

Equipment you will need access to:

Foam Roller (full length), Thera band Elastics of all sizes , ski pole, Dumbbells, Slide Boards, Bosu Ball, Lat Pull down machine, Spin bike, Free weights, TRX, Boxes, Swiss Ball, Cable Machine, Spin Bike, Elliptical, Kettle Bell, Balance Disk, Foam Pad, Barbell, Yoga mat.

Types of workout:

H.I.I.T, Strength, Pilates/Yoga, Ski-specific session, Mobility, Muscular Endurance, Metabolic System, Stretching.
