As a parent, I was proud of the work my daughter put into meeting her skiing goals during the off season. I don’t think it would have been possible to do anything similar without the Alpine Strength programs. It provided a structure and routine that made it easier to put in the work. There is no way that we could have found anything else as complete for a young alpine ski racer.
